I have been a personal trainer for a year and a half. I received my certification through NASM and am currently working on my Nutrition Specialization certification. I do one on one personal training and I also coach the Xtreme Bootcamp classes here at Gym X. Wether you are experienced or new to Fitness, I am here to help you!! About Tom Maher

I have worked with many wonderful people in all fields of the fitness industry. I’ve worked closely with owners at MMA schools to help prep fighters for fights by overseeing training protocols and nutrition, worked with elderly to rehab and build functional strength, and most of all I help clients build their metabolism back up from metabolic damage due to yo-yoing, under-eating, and over training for extended periods of time. I offer one on one personal training, online training, and also coach the Alpha Camp and Kickboxing and Conditioning Camps (applying 17 years of martial arts experience)
